Once you earn your SYNERGY Driver status you’ll enter the SYNERGY Program. We will schedule an onboarding call to gather your specific details to customize your experience. During the call, we will discuss your work history, home location, equipment, trailer type, and more. You’ll be connected to a Freight Logix Fleet Agent at one of the carriers in our AXIS Program. Once fully approved and onboarded, you’ll have the freedom of finding your own loads and negotiating your rates, working with a Freight Logix Certified SYNERGY Dispatcher who will complete credit checks and rate agreements, enter data into the TMS system, and dispatch you through the Trucker Tools app with automated tracking for your customers.

SYNERGY | Dispatcher

2% line haul

Once you earn your SYNERGY Dispatcher status you’ll enter our SYNERGY Program. We will schedule an onboarding call to go over specifics and connect you with a Freight Logix Fleet Agent for carrier specific training. Once fully on board and ready to go, we will assign SYNERGY Drivers who will find their own loads and negotiate rates, then connect the broker with you to take over from there. You’ll check credit, complete the agreement, enter data into the TMS, and dispatch the driver through Trucker Tools. From there, you’ll communicate with the driver throughout each day and provide updates to the broker, upload documents into the TMS system, and mark loads delivered to send to billing.

Once you reach the BOOST Driver status we will schedule an onboarding call to gather your specific details to customize your experience. Then, you’ll be connected to a Freight Logix Fleet Agent at one of the carriers in our AXIS Program. Once fully approved and onboarded with our AXIS Carrier Partner, you'll earn their current pay PLUS Freight Logix will pay you an additional 1% of your line haul weekly via direct deposit. After 3 months, we raise your BOOST pay to 1.5%. After 6 months, your BOOST pay caps at 2%. Why go anywhere else?

After obtaining your ASCENT status, begin your career as a SYNERGY Dispatcher with a certified Freight Logix Fleet Agent at one of our AXIS Carrier Partners. Upgrade to Complete Dispatcher after 3 months, Team Leader after 12 months, then Fleet Agent after 2 years. Earnings and responsibilities increase at each level, with expanded earnings for helping others reach their true potential in the ASCENT Program.
