After completing Driver 101 and Dispatcher 101, begin your career as a SYNERGY Dispatcher with a certified Freight Logix Fleet Agent at one of our AXIS Carrier Partners. Upgrade to Complete Dispatcher after 3 months, Team Leader after 12 months, then Fleet Agent after 2 years. Earnings and responsibilities increase at each level, with expanded earnings for helping others reach their true potential in the ASCENT Program.
